WM_CSKEYBOARDMOVE: Решение проблемы с перемещением клавиатуры при использовании нескольких экранов с разным DPI.

Например, Экран 1 имеет разрешение 2560x1440 и установлен на «масштаб 125%» в настройках дисплея Windows. Экран 2 имеет разрешение 1920x1080 и установлен на «масштаб 100%».

Откройте параметры совместимости приложения Windows для файла hvk.exe и установите поведение DPI на «Приложение», что означает, что приложение само управляет всеми вычислениями, связанными с DPI. При включённой настройке вы можете передавать значения физических пикселей в функцию перемещения вашего API, и окно клавиатуры будет перемещено именно в эту позицию.
